Exploration.

Silver Dragon Resources Inc. has a 40% equity interest in Sino-Top Resources & Technologies, Ltd. which owns the exploration and mining rights of the Yuanlinzi Beishan Silver Project located in the Erbahuo Silver District approximately 23 km to the southeast of Bayanchagan Town of Keshiketeng County in Inner Mongolia covering a total area of 51.2 km2.

On the eastern part of the property is granite, and on the western side are Feixi rock and Feixi porphyry. In some part Linxi Group sandstones can be seen. Mineralized zones lie in north-northeast directions.

Silver, Tin and other multiple metal anomalies have been identified.

Mineralization mainly takes the form of sericitization, tourmalinization, quartz-topaz mineralization and limonitization. There are three belts of mineralization, 1200 meters in length and up to 100 meters in width. Inside are 4 mineralized zones of up to 830 meters in length and up to 10 meters in width.

The North China Nonferrous Geological Prospecting Bureau General Exploration Agency (NCGEA) was founded in 1974. At that time it was composed of a team of geologists engaged in mineral exploration and development. Through years of development, the agency has evolved to become a group company engaging in mine exploration, mine development, mine engineering and commodities trading services. Currently there are approximately 760 people in the agency.
