Project Details

Exploration.

Silver Dragon Resources Inc. has a 40% equity interest in Sino-Top Resources & Technologies, Ltd. which owns the exploration and mining rights of the Zhuanxinhu Silver Project located in the Erbahuo Silver District to the northern side of the Zhuanxinhu Lake in Guandi Town of Keshiketeng County in Inner Mongolia covering a total area of 6.24 km2.

Of the exposed rocks those relating to mineralization include Upper Jurassic and Upper Xinganling Formation rhyo-porphyry and tuff.

Fracturing on surface, has indicated copper and silver mineralization. It is distributed in a 30o northeast direction, at a dip of 450-50o, length 400 meters and a width 5-10 meters. Sample analysis show Cu ranging from 0.034-1.6%, and silver up to 262 g/t.

The North China Nonferrous Geological Prospecting Bureau General Exploration Agency (NCGEA) was founded in 1974. At that time it was composed of a team of geologists engaged in mineral exploration and development. Through years of development, the agency has evolved to become a group company engaging in mine exploration, mine development, mine engineering and commodities trading services. Currently there are approximately 760 people in the agency.
